‘Tis the Season for Arts and Letters and Houseguests

I am fully engulfed in the Holiday Season which means I’m getting next to nothing done at work. Today I am heading over to the LA County Museum of Art with my houseguest from Denver, T.John Hughes, photographer extraordinaire. I imagine we’ll spend some of our time perusing William Eggleston’s Democratic Camera exhibit. After our turn at the LACMA, we’ll head back to Vromans in Pasadena to see Mr. David Sedaris read from his new book Squirrel Seeks Chipmunk. I was among the 200 Vromans customers to score a ticket to this intimate reading. Just lucky, I guess. I’ll be back later this week with a full report on my Tuesday field trips.
